2025-2026 EXHIBITION SEASON
Threads of Connection:
Art, Community, and Legacy
The Ringling College Galleries’ 2025–2026 season unfolds as an ambitious journey through nearly twenty exhibitions that explore the many ways art connects us—to history, to each other, and to the world around us. From celebrating Sarasota’s influential artist colony and honoring the enduring legacies of Ringling alumni, to premiering bold, boundary-pushing work by current students, faculty, and visiting artists, the season offers a vivid portrait of creativity in motion. Audiences will encounter internationally acclaimed masters such as glass artist Lino Tagliapietra, alongside transformative voices like Faith Ringgold, Romare Bearden, and Jacob Lawrence, as well as imaginative new visions from our own campus community. Together, these exhibitions invite dialogue across generations, disciplines, and cultures—honoring the past, amplifying the present, and inspiring the art of tomorrow.
